Nifco (Yancheng) operates advanced production lines equipped with 62 injection molding machines, two automatic painting lines, eight vacuum aluminum deposition systems, and various processing facilities including ultrasonic welding, vibration welding, and thermal welding equipment.
ln addition, the company employs advanced inspection and testing systems-such as light distribution measurement devices, 3D measuring equipment, airtightness testers, and weather resistance testing systems-to ensure comprehensive quality control from production through performance validation.
